Refund policy

Returns

Due to the Nature of the items we do not hold stock of ready made stickers or 3D Overlay Cover Panels or other Wall Decor. these are all made to order, and are therefore personalised to your order requirement, it is at our discretion to accept returns for such items in accordance with the distance selling regulations. Unless stated specifically on a Product that it is a shelved stock premade item for which returns are allowed.


If eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if required. The buyer will be required to pay any return postage costs.

Personalised Items are Excluded from Returns Unless Faulty.

However The Buyer Will Need to Return Faulty Items First So We Can Establish If the Fault was on Our Side or the Buyers. 

The Buyer Will Have to Pay the initial Return Postage Cost.  After We Have Received The Item, If The Fault Lies With Us Then We Will Reimburse Return Postage Costs and Endeavour to Resolve the Issue at Hand As Best and as Swiftly as Possible. (Return Postage Costs Must Be Reasonable as per the Standard of the Reasonable Man Test).

If using royal mail to return and item then you will be required to obtain a proof of postage which is free of charge otherwise other return methods will require tracking or proof of delivery to ensure we have received the item/goods back.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 1-2 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
It may take a few days before your refund is officially posted as there is often a processing time before a refund is reflected with your bank.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We may still accept at our discretion depending on the nature of the item.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at krugerstickers@gmail.com or a message in our chat. If Exchange request is accepted you will be required to pay postage costs for sending the exchange product.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return if eligible. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Return Shipping
To return your product once your return has been accepted you will be given our return address. 

You will be responsible for paying for your returning fees on your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
